Landmark marketing suite boost for City Centre scheme

Welconstruct has recently completed the £200,000 refurbishment of a high-profile residential marketing suite at Crest Nicholson's Park Central scheme on Bath Row.

The state of the art marketing suite is a dramatic glass fronted building, which stands nine metres high and measures 210 square metres. The building has occupied a prime site and has been a focal point for those entering the city from the south west via the A41 since it was first erected in spring 2003.

Park Central is the unique 61 acre residential and commercial development conveniently located within walking distance of The Mailbox and Brindleyplace. The award-winning regeneration project is breathing new life into the south west gateway of the city. Almost halfway through a decade-long build programme, the scheme is well on course to deliver 1,600 new homes, together with more than 26,500 sq.mt. (285,000 sq.ft.) of commercial space for the city and eight acres of landscaped parkland.
