LCH Opens Wigan Doors in £750k industrial refurbishment

Welconstruct has completed a £750k transformation programme on behalf of LCH Generators, one of Britain’s leading generator hire specialists, who have officially opened their new North West UK distribution centre. The 1300 sq m (13200 sq ft) warehouse, factory unit and office accommodation complex was completely stripped out during the 14-week works programme at the former run down industrial site near Wigan. External works also included new cladding, a new roof and the construction of a hard standing car park to accommodate staff and visitors alike.
