Jaguar Cars has invested in the refurbishment of a former derelict shed at its Castle Bromwich site to create a home for the potential industry leaders of the future. The ‘shed’ has now become the Education Resources Centre which is adjacent to the global car giant’s Training Centre. This total refurbishment is part of an initiative to promote Jaguar and general industry to the local education community and encourage young people into industry.
Welconstruct project managed the refurbishment of previously abandoned shed, creating a reception and study area, computer suite, lecture room, administration office and toilet facilities Shannon Moore, Centre Manager: “Welconstruct worked with us every step of the way every step of the day and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. The soundproof folding partition is particularly useful as it gives fantastic flexibility to the rooms.”

- exterior wall cladding
- landscaping
- entrance doors
- mechanical and electrical works
- sound proof partitions
- air conditioning
- ceilings, plumbing
- supply of furniture
