Welconstruct has been awarded new contracts by Business Post and its subsidiary UK Mail. One of the country’s largest express parcel and mail delivery companies, Business Post has worked with Welconstruct for a number of years to maximise its office and operating space. An effective working environment was provided for UK Mail at Leeds, Croydon and Bristol distribution centres by designing and installing bespoke enclosures for machines which are capable of sorting 17,000 letters per hour. Each enclosure incorporated composite partitioning, power, data, air conditioning and fresh air pressurisation. New offices, mechanical/electrical services, barriers and flooring were also provided at the Croydon and Bristol sites for the main parcel operation.
