The £1 million pound project was scheduled into six phases so the staff could be decanted around the building. Phase one was half of the top floor and all the directors offices. Each phase was carried out over 12 weeks and included stripping out, new air-conditioning, electrics, partitioning, secondary glazing and furniture.
Phase five and six were the most complicated with a glass roof creating an atrium over the courtyard and a complete new entrance and reception into the building.
