
Statutory Approvals
All approvals relating to Welconstruct, particularly: building refurbishment, interior design, mezzanine floors, office interiors and retail fit-outs are sought, including: landlords, planning approval and building control.
This all important stage is incorporated into our project management plans.
In accordance with the current CDM regulations, Welconstruct can fulfil the role of Principal Contractor.
Our approvals service covers:
- the notification of relevant projects to the Health and Safety Executive
- the undertaking or risk assessments
- the production of a pre-tender Health & Safety plan
- the production of operation & maintenance manuals
